For benefits brokers, TPAs, and employer benefits teams

Every client needs their enrollment kit in the same eight weeks. Your team does not scale in October.

The same explainers get rewritten from scratch every year. Employees do not read the benefits guide, so utilization of the expensive benefits stays low. And the enrollment crunch arrives on exactly the same date it did last year. This work should be templated once and reused, and it usually is not.

What usually brings someone here

If more than one of these is true, the call is worth thirty minutes.

01

Enrollment season is a capacity problem, not a writing problem

Every client wants the same deliverable in the same window. Hiring for a seasonal peak does not work.

02

Employees do not read the guide

So the high-value benefits go unused, and the client blames the plan design rather than the explanation.

03

The same content is rebuilt from zero every year

Ninety percent of an enrollment kit is the same as last year's. It should be a template, not a project.

04

You are explaining a payer's product without payer experience

The plan language came from the carrier. Someone has to translate it without breaking the required disclosures.

Why us for this

The adjacent proof

ESAC accredits and provides financial assurance for the PEO industry, and hired us for audience research, navigation, and copy. USAble Life has renewed ancillary-lines communications work with us every year for six years.

Where we are thin

We have not yet run an enrollment kit for a brokerage or TPA directly. We have done the payer-side half of that work for 17 years. That is the honest shape of it, and it is why the first engagement is usually one client's kit rather than the whole book.

  • 17+ years inside health and ancillary insurance, including six ongoing years with USAble Life on life, dental, vision, and disability lines.
  • The kit is built as a template you keep and reuse across your book of business, not a one-off deliverable.
  • She knows which language is legally load-bearing and which is habit — so the plain-language rewrite survives review.
  • ESAC, the accreditation and financial assurance body for the PEO industry, is a content and navigation client of ours.

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield

Measured

The largest health insurer in Arkansas

9 years 8 months, in-house

Built and presented the social media ROI case to the executive committee, then launched and ran the program: strategy, content calendars, a team of writers and designers, paid Facebook campaigns, a 24/7 social listening calendar, and social customer-service triage.

Outcome

The #TGFI campaign grew Facebook followers 42% and contributed to an 8% increase in 2016 private-option sales among millennial customers. The ROI case is what got social media approved at the executive committee in the first place.

Blue Cross of Idaho

Regional Blues plan

2 years, consulting

Took over dormant channels as social media strategist and built the strategy and workflow from nothing — content calendars across multiple company divisions, a social customer-service triage process, and the team to run it.

Outcome

A plan that started with dark channels finished with a running content operation across multiple divisions and a triage process for member questions arriving on social.

USAble Life

Ancillary and supplemental carrier — life, dental, vision, disability

6 years, ongoing

Content calendar, copywriting, and scheduling for Facebook and LinkedIn, working alongside in-house designers.

Outcome

A six-year continuous engagement. The carrier has renewed the work every year since 2020 rather than moving it in-house or to an agency.

Employer Services Assurance Corporation — accreditation and financial assurance body for the PEO industry

Stakeholder audience research, navigation restructuring, and rewritten copy and headings.

Outcome

ESAC changed design vendors afterwards and kept the copy and navigation structure. The content architecture outlived the design it was built for.
