Book a free 30-minute plain-language audit
Send one member-facing document — a denial letter, an EOB explainer, a benefits summary, a patient instruction sheet. We will score it, mark it up, and walk you through what we would change and why. Thirty minutes, no pitch, and you keep the marked-up document either way.
How the audit works
- 01
Email us one document you already send to members or patients. A denial letter, an EOB explainer, a benefits summary, a prior-approval notice, or a patient instruction sheet all work.
- 02
Before the call, we score it for readability and mark it up — the same markup we would produce on a paid audit, on one document.
- 03
We spend thirty minutes on a call walking through what we would change, why, and which parts are load-bearing legal language that has to stay.
- 04
You keep the marked-up document and the reasoning, whether or not we ever work together.
What we will not do on that call
Put you into a sequence, book a second call to tell you what we found, or send a proposal you did not ask for. You get the markup, and then you decide.
Email is the fastest way
Tell us what kind of organization you are and attach the document you would like looked at. If it is confidential, describe it instead and we will work out the mechanics.
